Terms and Conditions for Hiadvise's Rising Above Programme

This Terms and Conditions is Legally Enforceable. Please Read Carefully.

1. Payment Terms: By enrolling in the Rising Above Programme, you hereby authorize Hiadvise to process the credit card information provided during registration. The payment amount specified on the checkout page or as indicated in direct invoices from Hiadvise's payment or accounting system will be charged. For wire transfer payments, the transfer must be completed prior to gaining access to the programme content.

2. Refunds and Cancellation: Given the nature of our Training Programmes, including downloadable videos, digital content, documents, streaming videos, online training portal memberships, virtual events, and community interactions platforms, all Training Programme fees paid are non-refundable. Refund requests can be made within 24 hours from the date of purchase by submitting a Support Ticket to support@hiadvise.com. No refunds will be granted after this 24-hour period. Training Programmes sold with a Money Back Guarantee may be eligible for a refund, subject to specific conditions outlined below:

Conditions for Money Back Guarantee:

  1. Completion of 100% of the Training Programme content verified by our content delivery portal.
  2. Refund request submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  3. Money Back Guarantee must be specified on the sales or checkout page to qualify.

In the event of default, dispute, or delinquent payment, Hiadvise reserves the right to terminate Training Programme access without notice. No cancellations are permitted after 24 hours from the date of purchase.

3. No Income Claims: You acknowledge that Hiadvise makes no promises, warranties, or guarantees regarding your future employment opportunities, income, or gains resulting from the Training Programme.

4. Termination: Hiadvise reserves the right to terminate your Training Programme registration, access to community platforms, and course materials without refund for reasons including violation of the Terms, default in payment, violation of applicable laws, or breach of confidentiality.

5. Confidentiality: During the Training Programme, you may gain access to confidential information belonging to Hiadvise. Confidentiality obligations extend for two years after the termination of this Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property: Hiadvise retains all rights to intellectual property related to the Training Programme. You agree not to communicate or make available teachings, materials, or information acquired from Hiadvise to others.

7. Non-Disparagement: Both parties agree not to engage in any conduct that may defame, disparage, or damage the reputation of the other party.

8. Contacts: By accepting this Agreement, you consent to Hiadvise contacting you via phone, email, and text message regarding your account and other offers.

9. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Hiadvise harmless from any losses arising from breach of this Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability: Hiadvise's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Training Programme.

11. Force Majeure: Hiadvise is not responsible for delays or failures caused by Force Majeure Events.

12. Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and claims must be filed within one year from the claim's occurrence.

13. Waiver of Class Action: You waive the right to participate in a class action against Hiadvise.

14. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of British Columbia.

15. Severance: If any provision conflicts with applicable law, it shall be modified to comply with the law.

16. No Assignment: The Agreement is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.

Hiadvise reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior consent. Amendments will be effective upon posting on Hiadvise's website or upon actual notice.
